XFINITY was the lead entertainment sponsor for Taylor Swift’s 1989 World Tour.
We wanted to create an experience that brought fans even closer to her music.
The 1989 Lip Sync Sessions app and desktop experience allowed fans to create a lip sync video to their favorite 1989 song. After an open voting period, 10 winners were flown to Taylor’s LA show and met their idol backstage.
In just 10 days, we had 12,000 entries and it was covered by various blogs including Buzzfeed and featured as FWA’s site of the day.
